How do we work together?
The coaching process is based on commitment and trust. It takes place via one-on-one sessions that help build new ways of being and doing into your day-to-day life.
My mission is to engage with you and support you in discovering what is useful and valuable to achieve your goals.
Your mission is to engage fully with the process and open yourself to increased self-awareness that will help you achieve your goals
DURATION
A coaching process usually takes place over a series of 6-8 sessions that are scheduled every 2-3 weeks.
The number of sessions may vary depending on your needs. Occasionally, one-off sessions can also take place.
THE SESSIONS
Each session lasts approximately 1h- 1h30.
They can take place online or face-to-face and a series of sessions can include both options depending on what is most convenient and geographically possible for you.
ONLINE SESSIONS
These take place via video call, therefore a webcam is required.
FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS
These take place in the Metz (France)-Luxembourg region.
Occasionally, they can take place in Madrid and Paris.
LANGUAGE
I work in English, Spanish, or French.
MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER
In the first session we define and agree on what you want to work on and the goal of your coaching process.
Throughout the process, I will help you find your strengths and strategies, and define an action plan to achieve your goal.
LEARNING
The process triggers learning and a growing self-awareness that will allow you to develop new ways of being and acting, day-to-day.
ACTION
Action is a crucial part of the process that allows you to consolidate and integrate your learning and self-discovery.
Between the sessions, you will put into practice the insights you have reached during the preceding sessions.
TRUST AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The process takes place in a context of complete trust and confidentiality.
COMMITMENT
Commitment to the process is a fundamental ingredient for its success.
